Nap\u0159\u00edklad v projektu Super Bus 2.0 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st s jednou svislou deskou a t\u0159emi svisl\u00fdmi deskami s polom\u011brem ohybu 125 mm a \u00fahlem ohybu 90 \u00b0, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 9. Vzhledem k nedostatku odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edch oh\u00fdbac\u00edch forem v d\u00edln\u011b lze pou\u017e\u00edt v\u00edce oh\u00fdbac\u00edch proces\u016f. Nejprve byl pou\u017eit 3D software k modelov\u00e1n\u00ed rozvr\u017een\u00ed a ohybu v poloze R125 mm. Po modelov\u00e1n\u00ed software automaticky rozvinul 2D diagram ploch\u00e9 desky. Zad\u00e1n\u00edm polom\u011bru ohybu 45 mm do softwaru a porovn\u00e1n\u00edm v\u00edce datov\u00fdch vstup\u016f bylo potvrzeno, \u017ee segment kruhov\u00e9ho oblouku lze zaru\u010dit ohybem s 8 \u0159ezy. Pot\u00e9 byla pro ka\u017ed\u00fd \u0159ez vygenerov\u00e1na data ohybu (\u00fahel ohybu, d\u00e9lka polohy ohybov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1ry), jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku 10. Nakonec bylo na z\u00e1klad\u011b dat ohybu provedeno zku\u0161ebn\u00ed ohyb\u00e1n\u00ed na m\u00edst\u011b, jak je zn\u00e1zorn\u011bno na obr\u00e1zku
