Zu seinem Hauptgesch\u00e4ft geh\u00f6ren Be- und Entlademaschinen f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe H\u00e4fen wie Container und Erz und Kohle, die Schwerindustrie im Seeverkehr, hochbelastbare Spezialstahlkonstruktionen sowie Seetransport und -installation. Die Produktionswerkstatt hat hohe Anforderungen an die vollautomatische Blechproduktion und einen hohen Produktionsbedarf. Als Reaktion auf die Forderung nach nationaler intelligenter Fertigung beschloss ZPMC Anfang 2020, bei diesem \u201eschl\u00fcsselfertigen\u201c Projekt mit SC Shenchong zusammenzuarbeiten. Die beiden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shen-chong.com\/de\/sheet-metal-automatic-production-line\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><b>automatische Blechproduktionslinien<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0in der gesamten Werkstatt sind beide Vertragspartner von SC Shenchong. Durch dieses Projekt einer flexiblen Blechproduktionslinie konnte ZPMC erhebliche Arbeits- und Zeitkosten einsparen und die Effizienz verbessern.<\/p><p>Beim Betreten der Werkstatt finden die Leute den Entladeroboter, den Montageroboter, den Schwei\u00dfroboter im Schwei\u00dfraum, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shen-chong.com\/de\/automatisches-be-und-entladesystem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><b>Be- und Entladesystem f\u00fcr Laserschneidmaschinen<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/a>, CNC-Abkantpresse, Plattenschere, automatisches Blechlagersystem usw. Dies ist das erste Projekt, das von der Innovations- und Unternehmerplattform von Zhenhua Heavy Industry entwickelt und umgesetzt wird. Die intelligente automatische Produktionslinie f\u00fcr Kabelbahnen ist die erste in China. Die Produktion dieser Werkstatt ist ein weiterer gro\u00dfer Erfolg von ZPMC auf dem Gebiet der intelligenten Fertigung.<\/p><p>Die flexible, intelligente Blechproduktionslinie f\u00fcr ZPMC ist in 15 Bereiche unterteilt. Die Ostseite ist die flexible Produktionslinie f\u00fcr Kabelrinnenbleche, die Westseite ist die intelligente automatische Produktionslinie f\u00fcr Kabelrinnen, die S\u00fcdseite ist der automatische Verarbeitungsbereich und die Nordseite ist der manuelle Bereich und Lagerbereich.<\/p><p>In dieser Werkstatt wurde die erste automatische Produktionslinie f\u00fcr Kabelrinnen in China entwickelt und die dort eingef\u00fchrten Technologien f\u00fcr Roboterschwei\u00dfen, Robotersplei\u00dfen und Robotergreifen sind auf internationalem Spitzenniveau. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shen-chong.com\/de\/automatic-sheet-metal-storage-system\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><b>Automatisches Blechlagersystem<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0und die Laserschneidverbindungstechnologie sind die ersten neuen Technologien, die das Unternehmen auf den Markt bringt, und f\u00fcr die Produktionslinie werden k\u00fcnftig Gebrauchsmusterpatente angemeldet.<\/p><p>Die flexible intelligente Blechwerkstatt nutzt die Produktionsmanagementerfahrung von ZPMC (Zhenhua Heavy Industry) voll aus, optimiert den Prozessablauf, verwendet geeignetere Werkzeuge als herk\u00f6mmliche Verfahren und reduziert die Personal- und Ausr\u00fcstungsinvestitionen. In Bezug auf die Anwendung neuer Materialien ersetzt die Werkstatt das traditionelle Verzinken durch Materialinnovationen, um die Marktprobleme des Umweltschutzes und der unzureichenden Versorgung zu l\u00f6sen. Kosten, Qualit\u00e4t und Effizienz werden optimiert und verbessert, und der erwartete j\u00e4hrliche Produktionswert einer einzelnen Produktionslinie betr\u00e4gt 100 Millionen Yuan. In Zukunft wird die Werkstatt die Produktionslinien f\u00fcr Anschlussdosen, Autobahn-Wellenformplatten, 5G-Ger\u00e4teboxen, Blechserienproduktion sowie Produktionslinien f\u00fcr personalisierte, kundenspezifische Produkte mit hoher Wertsch\u00f6pfung weiter ausbauen.<\/p><p>ZPMC (Zhenhua Heavy Industry) hat im August 2018 die Plattform \u201eDouble Innovation\u201c gegr\u00fcndet, die ihre Rolle als Ressourcenzentrum voll ausnutzt, die Anbahnung von Innovations- und Unternehmerprojekten f\u00f6rdert und danach strebt, eine Gruppe von Unicorn-Projekten mit Marktattraktivit\u00e4t und Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit zu inkubieren.
