Zwei CNC-Plattenscheren mit Frontzufuhr k\u00f6nnen eine Produktionskapazit\u00e4t von 35 Tonnen pro 24 Stunden erreichen und erf\u00fcllen damit die Anforderungen der Unternehmen in h\u00f6chstem Ma\u00dfe.<\/p><p>Die vollautomatische Schneideeinheit verwendet eine Saugnapfzufuhr mit einem einzelnen Balken, und die Platte wird von einer Schneidemaschine mit Frontzufuhr auf eine feste L\u00e4nge geschnitten. Um sich an die besonderen Eigenschaften der Platten anzupassen, hat SC SHENCHONG die traditionelle Klemme der Schermaschine durch einen Schubkopf ersetzt und einen hinteren Stopper hinzugef\u00fcgt, um den hohen Nutzungsanforderungen der Kunden gerecht zu werden. Der Druckfu\u00df-\u00d6lzylinder der Plattenschere wurde durch einen Druckbalken ersetzt, um das Problem ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger und nicht gepresster Kobalt- und Nickelplatten zu l\u00f6sen. Der Abstand zwischen dem Druckbalken und der Schneide ist speziell angepasst, um die Mindestschneideanforderung von 40 mm zu erf\u00fcllen und sicherzustellen, dass der endg\u00fcltige Schnitt ohne Verschwendung von Rohmaterial erfolgt. Die R\u00fcckseite der Plattenschere ist mit einer Kettenplatten\u00fcbertragungsleitung ausgestattet, die sich vorw\u00e4rts und r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts drehen kann. Die erste Klinge schneidet zuerst das Abfallmaterial und bef\u00f6rdert es dann r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts in den Abfallbeh\u00e4lter, gefolgt vom Vorw\u00e4rtsschneiden. Die vordere Zuf\u00fchrplattform verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine angepasste F\u00fchrungsnut und die maximale Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Schermaschine kann 40 mm betragen, was dem Schneiden von 15 oder 20 mm dicken Nickelplatten entspricht. Das angepasste Schieben der F\u00fchrungsnut sorgt f\u00fcr Schnittgeschwindigkeit und Stabilit\u00e4t. Die hintere Entladeplattform kann \u00fcber ein Kettenplattenkabel direkt mit der Fertigproduktbox verbunden werden. Die Fertigproduktbox ist mit einer Wiegevorrichtung ausgestattet und besteht aus drei rotierenden Plattformen f\u00fcr die Fertigproduktbox, wodurch sichergestellt wird, dass die n\u00e4chste Fertigproduktbox rotiert und verbunden wird, nachdem das fertige Produkt auf das angegebene Gewicht geladen wurde, und die Maschine nicht anh\u00e4lt, wodurch die Produktionseffizienz maximiert wird.<\/p><p>Am Beispiel von Kobaltplatten kann die zweite ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Schermaschine mindestens 1.440 St\u00fccke von 650 mm x 45 mm gro\u00dfem Material pro Stunde in 45 mm x 45 mm gro\u00dfe Bl\u00f6cke schneiden, mit einer Produktionskapazit\u00e4t von \u00fcber 35 Tonnen pro 24 Stunden.<\/p><p>Ger\u00e4teauswahl: Verwenden Sie eine 12x2500-mm-Schneidemaschine f\u00fcr 3-5-mm-Kobaltplatten und eine 40x1500-mm-Schneidemaschine f\u00fcr 15-20-mm-Nickelplatten.
