A racionalidade do processo de dobra afeta diretamente o tamanho e a apar\u00eancia da conforma\u00e7\u00e3o final do produto. A sele\u00e7\u00e3o razo\u00e1vel de moldes de dobra \u00e9 crucial para a conforma\u00e7\u00e3o final dos produtos.<\/p><p>No processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o real, devido \u00e0 incerteza do tamanho do produto e \u00e0 diversidade de tipos de produtos, frequentemente encontramos problemas como interfer\u00eancia de tamanho e \u00e2ngulos de molde incompat\u00edveis durante a dobra de pe\u00e7as processadas a frio, o que traz grandes dificuldades \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Devido \u00e0 influ\u00eancia de fatores como tamanho do produto, forma, material, molde, equipamento e instala\u00e7\u00f5es auxiliares durante o processo de dobra, v\u00e1rios problemas de qualidade podem ocorrer, afetando a efici\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e a estabilidade da qualidade do produto. Portanto, \u00e9 particularmente importante abordar e evitar a ocorr\u00eancia desses problemas de qualidade de dobra. Este artigo resume e descreve principalmente os problemas de qualidade comuns da dobra de chapas met\u00e1licas na pr\u00e1tica de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, analisa as raz\u00f5es com base na A interfer\u00eancia de flex\u00e3o \u00e9 principalmente influenciada pela forma, tamanho e molde das pe\u00e7as, e \u00e9 causada principalmente pela estrutura de design da pr\u00f3pria pe\u00e7a dobrada, a sequ\u00eancia de flex\u00e3o selecionada e o molde de flex\u00e3o selecionado. Portanto, as principais solu\u00e7\u00f5es incluem:<\/p><ol><li>fazer novos moldes ou substituir moldes (como moldes para facas de dobrar).<\/li><li>Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o de moldes de dobra (como processamento mec\u00e2nico de pe\u00e7as locais).<\/li><li>Ajuste a sequ\u00eancia de dobra (como o m\u00e9todo de deforma\u00e7\u00e3o reversa).<\/li><li>Altere o tamanho da curvatura das pe\u00e7as. Por exemplo, o suporte de instala\u00e7\u00e3o para o canal de acess\u00f3rios do chassi da Linha 18 do Metr\u00f4 de Xangai \u00e9 feito de a\u00e7o de canal em forma de U, com uma largura m\u00e9dia de 100 mm, altura da borda de 80 mm e um raio de curvatura de 15 mm. Simule a curvatura com base nos moldes existentes na oficina para gerar interfer\u00eancia de curvatura.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Em resposta a esse fen\u00f4meno de interfer\u00eancia, um m\u00e9todo de processamento mec\u00e2nico local foi adotado para a matriz superior de dobra (veja a Figura 3). Um entalhe de 140 mm \u00d7 48 mm foi cortado ao longo da linha m\u00e9dia da matriz superior de faca reta R15 mm existente (L=800 mm) (veja a Figura 4). A posi\u00e7\u00e3o do entalhe foi determinada combinando-a com a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de interfer\u00eancia de dobra simulada, sem afetar sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o original. Ap\u00f3s modificar o molde de dobra, o problema de interfer\u00eancia de dobra foi resolvido com sucesso.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Quanto maior a dureza da chapa, maior sua capacidade de resistir \u00e0 deforma\u00e7\u00e3o pl\u00e1stica, tornando mais dif\u00edcil para o material sofrer deforma\u00e7\u00e3o pl\u00e1stica e mais f\u00e1cil produzir indenta\u00e7\u00e3o. A probabilidade de indenta\u00e7\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o em materiais de chapa comumente usados \u00e9: alum\u00ednio &gt; a\u00e7o carbono &gt; a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel. Quanto maior a largura da abertura da matriz de dobra, maior a largura da indenta\u00e7\u00e3o de flex\u00e3o e menor a profundidade da indenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Quanto maior o tamanho R do ombro de abertura do molde inferior, menor a profundidade da indenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m de melhorar a dureza do material e a estrutura inferior do molde, almofadas de borracha anti-indenta\u00e7\u00e3o e moldes inferiores de dobra do tipo esfera tamb\u00e9m podem ser usados para resolver o problema de indenta\u00e7\u00e3o de dobra. A almofada de borracha anti-indenta\u00e7\u00e3o depende principalmente do isolamento f\u00edsico para reduzir a ocorr\u00eancia de indenta\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme mostrado na Figura 6. A matriz de dobra do tipo esfera transforma o atrito de extrus\u00e3o necess\u00e1rio para moldes de dobra tradicionais em atrito de rolamento, reduzindo o atrito e minimizando os danos ao produto, deforma\u00e7\u00e3o pl\u00e1stica e deforma\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e1stica simultaneamente. Quando a pe\u00e7a de trabalho sai do molde de dobra, ocorre recupera\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e1stica, fazendo com que o formato e o tamanho da pe\u00e7a dobrada sejam inconsistentes com a carga, o que \u00e9 chamado de rebote de dobra. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shen-chong.com\/pt\/understanding-springback-in-sheet-metal-bending\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Retorno el\u00e1stico de flex\u00e3o<\/span><\/a><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>\u00e9 uma das principais raz\u00f5es para \u00e2ngulo de curvatura insuficiente. Os principais fatores que afetam o rebote s\u00e3o as propriedades mec\u00e2nicas da chapa met\u00e1lica e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de deforma\u00e7\u00e3o da curvatura. A magnitude do valor do retorno el\u00e1stico \u00e9 diretamente proporcional \u00e0 resist\u00eancia ao escoamento da chapa met\u00e1lica e inversamente proporcional ao m\u00f3dulo de elasticidade. Quanto menor o raio de curvatura relativo (raz\u00e3o R\/t do raio de curvatura para a espessura da chapa) da pe\u00e7a dobrada, menor o valor do retorno el\u00e1stico de curvatura. O formato da pe\u00e7a dobrada tamb\u00e9m afeta a magnitude do valor do retorno el\u00e1stico de curvatura. Geralmente, pe\u00e7as em formato de U t\u00eam um valor de retorno el\u00e1stico menor do que pe\u00e7as em formato de V.<\/p><p>O principal m\u00e9todo para superar o retorno el\u00e1stico de flex\u00e3o \u00e9 o m\u00e9todo de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e2ngulo, que geralmente adota o m\u00e9todo de fazer uma inclina\u00e7\u00e3o igual ao \u00e2ngulo de retorno el\u00e1stico no molde de flex\u00e3o, o que pode equilibrar efetivamente o impacto do retorno el\u00e1stico de flex\u00e3o. Por meio da corre\u00e7\u00e3o do molde de teste e do ac\u00famulo de experi\u00eancia, dominar a lei do retorno el\u00e1stico, adotar a compensa\u00e7\u00e3o apropriada e tomar medidas para superar o retorno el\u00e1stico na estrutura do molde e outros aspectos s\u00e3o m\u00e9todos eficazes para garantir a qualidade do produto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-a5fc1e8 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"a5fc1e8\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1ca75a0\" data-id=\"1ca75a0\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c83c5b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c83c5b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Material de deslizamento de flex\u00e3o<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc2c518 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc2c518\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Deslizamento de dobra refere-se ao fen\u00f4meno em que a pe\u00e7a a ser dobrada n\u00e3o tem um ponto de apoio completo e eficaz na ranhura inferior da matriz, resultando na propens\u00e3o da pe\u00e7a a escorregar e na incapacidade de posicionar corretamente a dobra.<\/p><p>As principais raz\u00f5es para a flex\u00e3o de materiais deslizantes s\u00e3o as seguintes.<\/p><ol><li>Quando a largura do molde inferior \u00e9 muito grande e o tamanho da curvatura \u00e9 menor que a metade da largura do molde inferior, ocorre deslizamento.<\/li><li>Quando a pe\u00e7a de trabalho \u00e9 afetada por seu formato e tamanho, e o tamanho de posicionamento do gabarito \u00e9 muito curto ou n\u00e3o h\u00e1 uma borda de posicionamento efetiva do gabarito, podem ocorrer fen\u00f4menos de flex\u00e3o e deslizamento.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Existem dois m\u00e9todos principais para resolver o problema de flex\u00e3o e deslizamento de materiais.<\/p><ul><li>M\u00e9todo 1. Escolha uma matriz de dobra adequada, geralmente escolhendo uma largura de matriz de 4 a 6 vezes a espessura da placa a ser dobrada.<\/li><li>M\u00e9todo 2. Usando o m\u00e9todo de adicionar modelos ou bordas de processo, o problema de deslizamento do material causado por posicionamento ruim devido \u00e0 dobra pode ser resolvido. Em geral, a dobra \u00e9 posicionada por uma borda reta da pe\u00e7a de trabalho, o que requer que duas faces finais estejam em contato com o modelo de dobra para posicionamento. No entanto, no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o real, h\u00e1 situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que a borda do modelo do produto \u00e9 muito curta ou n\u00e3o h\u00e1 borda de posicionamento eficaz, resultando na incapacidade de concluir o posicionamento da dobra. As solu\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o:<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Quando a espessura da placa t \u2264 6 mm, adicione uma borda de processo para posicionamento, e a posi\u00e7\u00e3o da extens\u00e3o da borda de processo deve estar nivelada com a borda final do acess\u00f3rio. O corte a laser deve ser usado na jun\u00e7\u00e3o para facilitar a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o de dobra.<\/li><li>Quando a espessura da placa t for maior que 6 mm, um modelo pode ser cortado para posicionamento, e a espessura do modelo pode ser igual ou ligeiramente menor que a espessura da pe\u00e7a de trabalho. Nesse caso, o ciclo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de moldes de conforma\u00e7\u00e3o integral ou moldes de arco grande \u00e9 mais longo e o custo \u00e9 muito alto, enquanto o uso da tecnologia de conforma\u00e7\u00e3o de dobra de m\u00faltiplas passagens de arco pequeno tem menor custo e aplicabilidade mais ampla. Por exemplo, no projeto Super Bus 2.0, h\u00e1 um componente com uma placa vertical e tr\u00eas placas verticais, com um raio de curvatura de 125 mm e um \u00e2ngulo de curvatura de 90 \u00b0, conforme mostrado na Figura 9. Devido \u00e0 falta de moldes de curvatura correspondentes na oficina, v\u00e1rios processos de curvatura podem ser usados. Primeiramente, um software 3D foi usado para modelar o layout e a curvatura na posi\u00e7\u00e3o R125 mm. Ap\u00f3s a modelagem, o software desdobrou automaticamente o diagrama de placa plana 2D. Ao inserir um raio de curvatura de 45 mm no software e comparar m\u00faltiplas entradas de dados, foi confirmado que o segmento de arco circular poderia ser garantido pela curvatura com 8 cortes. Ent\u00e3o, os dados de curvatura (\u00e2ngulo de curvatura, comprimento da posi\u00e7\u00e3o da linha de curvatura) para cada corte foram gerados, como mostrado na Figura 10. Finalmente, a curvatura de teste no local foi conduzida com base nos dados de curvatura, como mostrado na Figura 11.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element se projeta em ambos os lados do canto dobrado da chapa met\u00e1lica devido \u00e0 compress\u00e3o do material, resultando em uma largura maior do que o tamanho original. O tamanho da protrus\u00e3o de curvatura geralmente est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0 espessura da placa acess\u00f3ria e ao raio de curvatura. Quanto mais espessa a placa, menor o raio de curvatura e mais \u00f3bvia a protrus\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Para evitar esse problema de qualidade de dobra, entalhes de processo podem ser adicionados em ambos os lados da linha de dobra durante o desenho do diagrama de desdobramento de dobra, conforme mostrado na Figura 12. A lacuna do processo geralmente tem a forma de um arco circular, com um di\u00e2metro de pelo menos 1,5 vezes a espessura da pe\u00e7a de trabalho, para compensar a sali\u00eancia de dobra e resolver efetivamente o problema da sali\u00eancia de dobra.
