3 roller plate bending machine working principle is to bend and deform the metal sheet through the rotation of 3 rollers.

It consists of the body, rollers, transmission device, hydraulic system (optional), control system, and other parts. Among them, the body is the framework part of the entire equipment, responsible for supporting the rollers and transmitting bending forces.

The rollers are key components, mainly including the upper roller, lower roller, and side roller.

The transmission device is used to provide driving force and ensure that the roller can rotate.

The hydraulic system (optional) provides the required hydraulic pressure, and the control system is used to control operation of 3 rolls bending machine.

According to the rotational motion and position changes of work rolls, 3 rolls plate bending machine can roll different shapes, such as elliptical parts, curved parts, cylindrical parts and other parts.

SW11SNC Features

This machine belongs to the hydraulic three roll plate rolling machine, which is used to complete the processes of pre-bending, rounding, and straightening at the end of various containers of carbon steel and low alloy steel at room temperature without the need to turn around after one feeding.
The upper roller can move vertically and horizontally.
The vertical displacement of the upper roller is driven by hydraulic transmission, while the horizontal movement is driven by mechanical transmission at a faster speed.
Pre bending is achieved by moving the upper roller horizontally, causing the upper roller to be in an asymmetric position relative to the lower roller.
When rolling, the two lower rollers are driven by an electric motor and a reducer.
The flipping frame adopts hydraulic flipping, with a fast speed.
Due to the unchanged elevation of the lower roller, it is convenient for feeding and operation.
All electrical equipment used is made of high-quality products from well-known enterprises. Electrical protection devices (such as current relays, air switches, etc.) undergo strict testing before installation to ensure reliable operation.

SW11X-B Feature

The upper roller can move vertically and the lower roller can move horizontally.
Pre bending is achieved by moving the lower roller horizontally, causing the upper roller to be in an asymmetric position relative to the lower roller.
When rolling, two electric motors are used to drive two lower rollers through two reducers.
Due to the unchanged elevation of the lower roller, it is convenient for feeding and operation.

The side pressure roller is separated outward and can roll thick boards.

SW11C Feature

The structure includes one upper roll, one lower roll and one side roll.
The main drive uses the vertical lifting motion of the lower roller to clamp the sheet metal and mesh with the upper roller gear through the lower roller gear, while also serving as the main drive.
The edge roller performs a tilting and lifting motion, with dual functions of pre bending and rounding.

SW11NC Feature

W11NC Series coil special ship machine, mainly used for rolling ship shell arc board and pressed corrugated bulkhead. According to customer requirements, can be designed into symmetric and asymmetric three roll plate bending machine, roller is arranged on the upper part of the rigid beam, between the upper roller and the lower crossbeam and lower roll has a plurality of roller, to improve on the roll stiffness, three roll fully drive.
W11NC Trailer rolling machine can be designed as
symmetrical up roller adjustment type: up work roller can lift up and down move in vertical direction, the distance between two bottom rollers is fixed.
Up roller universal type: up work roller can lift up and down move in vertical direction, and parallel move in horizontal direction, the distance between two bottom rollers is fixed.
With up separator type: equipped press rollers up on up work roller, and press rollers installed in the lower part of up separator, can to improve stiffness of up roller, and up roller with small diameter at the same time, suitable to bend the workpiece with small diameters.
