During the bending process, the sheet metal is subjected to a local impact force. If there is no support frame for the lower part of the sheet metal, the impact force on the sheet metal during bending will diverge outward, causing significant deformation and affecting the bending quality of the sheet metal. So the complexity of this mechanism lies in the fact that the motion trajectory of its support plate must be completely consistent with the motion trajectory of the workpiece flipping during the bending process, and the motion speed also needs to be kept consistent to ensure that the plate is always subjected to a supporting force and does not deform.
