SCĀ 3015 AutomaticĀ Sheet Metal Storage System is an intelligent, three-dimensional storage and automated loading/unloading system specifically designed for 3000Ɨ1500 mm standard sheet metal. It is widely used in sheet metal production lines such as laser cutting, punching, and bending.

Through a three-dimensional material storage system + automatic lifting and retrieval system + intelligent control system, it achieves high-density storage, rapid retrieval, and unmanned loading/unloading of sheet metal.

2. Warehouse Maintenance and Operation Key Points

  • Daily Inspection: Check guide rails/conveyor belts, pallet status, barcode reading/writing, and emergency stop button function; ensure racks are free from deformation.
  • Weekly Inspection: Clean vision/sensors, lubricate moving parts, and verify inventory batches.
  • Quarterly/Annual Inspection: PLC/servo calibration, electrical cabinet cleaning, software backup and upgrade, and mechanical fastening testing.
  • Spare Parts: Maintain a stock of gripper rubber, sensors, several pallets, conveyor belt sections, air filters, and PLC modules.
  • Training: Pre-job training on operation and maintenance.
